Richmond Physical Therapy is offering Goal Oriented,  one-on-one Exercise Classes

  • Let us help you lose weight
  • Increase muscle tone, strengthen muscles in order to avoid any injuries
  • Gain Flexibility and coordination
  • Work on belly fat, Improve Core strength
  • Lose extra pounds gained during pandemic 
  • Gain your balance

Various Equipments used are:

Trampoline, Dumbbells, Thera Bands, Other Gym Equipments include but not limited to TrX, Thera ball, Bosu, Treadmill, Trampoline, weight bench, Pull up bar, Dip station, Exercise Training rope, Medicine ball, Body Blade, Ab roller, Barbell Bar and many more

About The Trainer

Our trainer is a talented Physical Therapist who has specialized in Exercise and Kinesiology. She has trained professional Teams at Harvard university.
