Dr. Chris Theaver, PT, DPT

Dr. Chris Theaver has completed his Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Terna Physiotherapy College, MUHS, India, and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Loma Linda University, California. He is a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York and a Certified BLS Provider. Dr. Thaever has the experience to treat various musculoskeletal disorders in outpatient and inpatient setup (surgical and non-surgical), he also had the opportunity to work in Acute Care, ICU, and Cardiovascular and Pulmonary outpatient department treating various surgical and non-surgical cases. Dr. Thaever has worked with neurological cases like Parkinsonism, CVA, and Spinal Cord Injuries with a special pediatric outpatient experience to treat pediatric children with developmental deficits like Cerebral Palsy, Muscle Dystrophies, etc. He has had the opportunity to attend workshop for Kinesiotaping. He was awarded for his contribution as a delegate towards the 3rd Students Conference held by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists. He was a part of various health check-up camps on a college-level on important days such as World Physiotherapy Day, World Osteoporosis Day, World COPD Day. He loves to read about recent advances in the field of physical therapy and implement evidence-based practices to treat his patients.
